AI is a tool, just like digital drawing apps are tools, even irl drawing is made using tools.
An artist can put it's "soul" into an art, but if someone simply doesn't like it and goes to AI as an alternative and is happy with the result, let them be.
Artists will not lose their jobs, AI will assist artists even further on their projects, since they can give the idea and the artist gives the "soul". I think ai is like a guitar, you can randomly play it and appreciate the unsorted notes, or you can actually start playing melodies with it.
