I think one of the biggest problems that a lot of people don't realise is that as AI advances, reality is still visually the same.
Of course there are constantly changes in the world, and technology will only continue to grow, but regardless of how much the world changes AI will get better and better at being able to make realistic looking images and videos because the way we tell what looks real is not going to change.
