I'm going to preface this with "I agree that stealing art for generative AI is bad" as well as "trying to pass it off as real art is bad" however I want to point out that some of your arguments are fallacious.
When you use the "AI couldn't exist without existing art" argument. Removing the specifics you get the statement "X couldn't exist without existing Y and therefore it's bad" but that is a fallacious argument.
"Animation" originally couldn't exist without traditional art (artists drawing each frame by hand) and we can basically all agree animation and cartoons are good (and there are many examples similar) therefore "Just because X couldn't exist without Y" is not useful to define whether or not something is good or not.
The main issue is getting the art without permission from the original artist. If you did a full animation off someone's static art (no AI involved) but got permission from the artist to do so, no one complains. Doing an animation off an artists work without permission often will get backlash (though sometimes artists are fine with it but you should never expect that). And that's the bigger issue, generative AI often doesn't have rights nor permission from the original artists to do these things but if AI was trained only on CC0, art the person paid for, or otherwise had legal use of said copy written work then none of this would be an issue.
There is also the instance of "Théâtre D’opéra Spatial" (the AI piece that won a competition) which was basically "This one specific person did this one intentional thing thing that is bad so everyone doing it is also bad" which is a Hasty generalization fallacy in the best situation. But even that story is being miss-represented that piece was literally authored "Jason M. Allen via Midjourney" and was placed under the "digital art" category. He wasn't trying to hide that it was AI in fact he wanted people to know it was AI generated to show "AI art can match with traditional artists" which in a way has some parallels to the Urinal situation. Now I personally don't agree with the piece but trying to say that he was intentionally trying to pretend it was traditional art isn't true and then on top of that using it to try and claim ALL AI art is people trying to be deceptive is wrong in the best of cases or at worse, a bad faith argument intentionally trying to deceive others.
