McDaniel was one of several people on the heat list with much higher scores then himself, he was then shot at by his own community multiple times because they thought he was snitching. The ai in that situation was taking account of the people he was with and his buddy that got shot. Which then predicted him as a target or a shooter. The ai was right in the end.
