The way my senior devs use LLMs is more like natural language programming than vibe coding. They are extremely specific in their system design, including context handling for various sub agents. What they can get through in a day is absolutely astounding. They effectively move from being a single developer to running their own scrum, but yes, the quality of output relies heavily on their ability to review code. If you have devs with decades of code review and team management under their belt then LLMs are devastatingly powerful
