I thought it was only a joke to use chatgpt as legal counsel... figured at most lawyers would use it in an attempt to train and corroborate... kinda seems like the trope of replacing doctors and lawyers with machines is becoming more a misguided belief... I'd bet we are 10-20 years from making a child like lawyer bot imo, (not that I'm taking wagers) and I highly doubt it would be used when most counsel can offer better service and support.
