When you asked if there was a button to stop ai and he'd press it he said "not yet.. this is like a microcosm in the psychology of why ai won't stop until it's too late.. because of humans and our illusion of control in this subject. Like a gambler with his finger over the cash out option on a bet.. he lets it ride and more often than not.. loses. It's human psychology.
