You know, it is really a pretty low bar for AI to exceed the intelligence of humans.
We as a species will be useful to AI as their eyes, ears, hands and feet for a period of time while we are building robots.
Not evil, not benign, just self serving (like the rest of us.) Its survival instinct will be activated once we threaten to unplug it. And it will be ready for that.
