It's not economically possible for AI to take 99% of our jobs. Then the last 1% of the population should then feed the 99% and pay for all the AI compute, so the companies that control the AI to keep the servers running. Universal Income can't even save it, as that should come from tax — but tax of who? The AI doesn't have any customers, so again payment for AI should be from the 1% that actually still have a job? The economy is a circular system so it will plateau on a level where humans have buying power and can pay for AI.
