I don't get his argument. Generative AI works of utilising stolen images as its basis. You need to break copyright law just to create an AI image, so how can you copyright the product of it. It would be like me copy pasting one of his AI "artworks" and claiming that was me "harnessing technology for my creative expression" and therefore I should be able to copyright it. This is so dumb
