This gets real complex real quick. Not all data sets are biased and for the most part the ai makes choices based on logic and computational reasoning. Based purely on overall crime statistics in the United States, Caucasians tend to have the lowest crime rates, not always, but they tend to. In terms of reasoning and speed, men tend to come up with solutions for ideas at a quicker rate than females. They may not be practical or even applicable solutions but they are quicker. Another thing. Where did that kid live in Chicago? Did he live in the middle of the city where policing is heavy and cameras are everywhere? Or did he live on the bad side of Chicago where police don't patrol cause they get shot and there's almost no cameras. The data you've given us on him is incomplete and therefore biased towards the point of "ai racism". The ai in question doesn't even have emotions. It is an artificial intelligence program designed for analytics and it works within a set of parameters. Incapable of emotion, or complex thought, or thought in general for that matter. People like you are the reason everyone is scared of fucking calculators with automatic programs
