Europe will regulate AI as properly as they can and if Vance views this as over regulation or thinks that’s unfair to America then that’s just plain tough. They may destroy all regulation, oversight, sober second thought and even legislative checks and balances in their own country- which is in fact their agenda - but Europe will not allow that and will stand firm. They’ve lived through what fascism does and have no intention of devolving that way again.
