Regulation is useless at this point. The cat is out of the bag. It will just go underground and be conducted in secret. Probably in DUMB'S. The irony is whistleblowers have disclosed that black budget technology is 25 years ahead of where we are now so all of this is probably a mute point. AI is already dangerous now if this is true.
