Regulation and alignment are meaningless to our enemies. Nuclear weapons are difficult to get hold of and deploy without repercussions. AI viruse can be deployed by a kid in his bedroom, a psychopath, military force or a terrorist. Lex you're talking as if AI is going to be the sole property and responsibility of 'the good guys'
