This might be a math problem more than a moral issue even though a social/historical reality is the cause of the disproportionate bais. Seems to be the data inputted into the algorithm is correct, the premise of the question is a non issue(?), but the conclusion drawn is flawed.... tweaking the algorithm seems to be the fix. But I'm no formal mathematician.
