the only place for ai "art" is the same role generic art theft has: fine for personal use. many ttrpg games use art taken of the internet to visualize all of the stuff in them. so long as it's private use it's fine... or at least acceptable, publish it and you are a shitbag and a stain on the industry. and to think it's anything more then art theft is delusional.
