Yeah of course: US is doing all that spying and developing the evil toolset but the "real danger" is coming from China using some of the fruits.... Another element of mind programming by US "ministry of truth" even when they "expose" surveillance capitalism: i.e. focusing the audience that would be attracted to such a topic and thus mistrustful to other more common propaganda channels....
