It's just a matter of legislation never being up to date with technological advancements. Now it's just artists and writers, in 20-30 years a bunch of intellectual jobs and physical jobs will be performed through AI and robotics. We really need to start reconsidering the necessity of human labour (i.e. the societal norm that everyone should have a full-time job). So what if "artist" in the future is no longer a profession but a hobby? Let Dall-E and ChatGPT5 do the menial stuff like website design, commercials and whatnot so that the human artists can focus on creating whatever they like. Many people care too much about money and too little about life itself.
