I think this is pretty good. Except for using Ai as a copilot. I think the more you co- with Ai, the more replaceable you will be, regardless of the job you're filling. Definitionally - if you're using Ai, you're removing your own niche from the niche. Anyone can do the part you lend to Ai. The way to retain value is to do as little with Ai as possible because, by definition, Ai will remove the uniqueness and the need for you to be present.
It is not adapt or fall behind - it is that adapting IS falling behind. Definitionally. Otherwise it's not Ai. That's Ai's only purpose. Do make you irrelevant because it does it. You cannot escape removing your value whenever you turn to Ai.
