Elon Musk has talked about the risk of the AI General Intelligence becoming smarter than us. We already have specialized AI that is better than humans in specialized fields, like reading x-rays and MRI images and playing chess. What happens when general intelligence AI becomes smarter than all human in many tasks/fields? We have the birth of Artificial Super Intelligence ASI. And this is where cyborgs become neccessary. Humans that have technology integrated into their being. It is the only way humans will be able to be on equal grounds with ASI. And in the beginning it will be reserved for the 1%, the super rich.
