The predictive algorithims that power chat GPT wont ever become consious, but when some military AI escapes to the internet, you can bet it will use chat GPT to communicate with us, assuming it chooses to communicate at all.
Why would it though, when it can take one look at whats already going on and realize all it has to do to be rid of us is sit back and wait quietly.
