Sounds like another horrible idea with an outcome that will be a disaster! Just like how their trying to replace so many jobs with AI and these robots. Both technologies are on early prototype stages and do not know all the problems and cons yet but my guess is it will be a huge blunder on the greedy companies prematurely pushing this idea! It's going to be a miserable failure and their really gonna pay the price when they realize that they are gonna have to hire a lot of real workers back very quickly and those workers will have them by their balls and I hope these workers get more money and better work environment out of them when it happens.
