For me, both side are right. I think the art form AI is art but doesn't necessarily the prompt writer a artist, but there are tools like ComfyUI when you can fine tune the model with node to edit and change every tiny detail, is no different form using 3d render programs or using photoshop to edit Pre-Existing picture in to different pictures.
