I hope they end up making it so AI outputs cannot be copyrightable or licensed, because that only makes sense. AI output is just machine-generated data, not intellectual property that a person created.
And AI can't generate Art, it can only generate plain imagery, text, sounds, etc. Art is not subjective at all. *Art is ARTisanship and emotional expression.* The AI cannot do either, so all the arguments about disability, bad art, and whatever else, are just invalid arguments. You're not an artist if you didn't build the end result yourself. Period. All you did was specify the input parameters for a machine to generate an output (no matter how much effort it took).
And on top of that, the output carries ZERO of your own personality. It doesn't carry your personal brush strokes, your choice of colors and color layering, your own notions of composition, or your own way with words, your own style of phrasing and pacing, nothing. The output contains NOTHING of YOU.
