The other day I noticed that one of my favorite local restaurants redesigned their menu using ai illustrations. Because I had to use ai image generators a lot to write some of my articles (miraculously, I still am a freelance writer) I can smell ai art from a billion galaxies away. Those illustrations are so painfully and disturbingly ai to me that the entire menu pisses me off now and nothing looks appetizing anymore. Like why wouldn’t you stick to a plain yet sleek menu design or hire a freelance artist to draw these THREE, just three illustrations? I’m feeling frustrated beyond all words you can think of
