Scale is the issue here we don't have so much compute as of now to automate every aspect of life as he is describing, we will require a lots and lots of data centres and lot's of electricity to run them. We have a infrastructure limitations for now and to run those infra we will still need humans. I am looking forward to a day when AI can do physical self replication like building their own power source and compute unit currently logistics is very much in human hands
