So regardless there is going to be cult out there who will try and misuse ai. Despite how much security or laws we put on such actions it will never be enough to prevent all risks is what he’s saying. However governing proper use of AI on a major scale is the rt way to go if we are trying to protect lives pretty much. But even that won’t be perfect. I stress the fact that it should be but that’s an impossible mission.
