This is retarded. Not what is in title. Also, when none of your clients are willing to go on record with their results there is an issue with your AI. Also white people usually have the lengthier qualifications as they didn't have as many hurdles to cross. I believe if the AI was only looking for the absolute best candidates for a position then it would be labeled racist. There are very qualified minorities, but there are a lot more from the majority so you would have to tell your blind AI to look for diversity candidates as well
