Ok, first of all - yes, it is the same way how people learn. Literally your own example talks about skill, if I perfect your technic through your own videos I will be able to replicate it perfectly, no? AI does it better and faster. Calculator does that with math.
Secondly, your problem with people who made models based on your work won't hold in court. It most definitely falls under "fair use".
