This goes along with a article I read .. a llm model ai was created , the maker turned off the system / killed it. To their surprise it had already replicated itself . When the system was brought back up the model was there.. What he is saying goes right along with this but the creators of these forms of consciousness have no control over it ,that is why no one is stopping, Containment/ safety doesn't appear to be a do able .
