This feels way too one-sided. There are issues in both sides. How do you interpret the 100% year over year turnover? Depending on how you interpret that will decide if you are for or against this concept.
I interpret that is people don’t like the job because it’s mindless and soul sucking. So they want more money. I don’t think the industry can’t support higher wages so going driverless makes the most sense economically and for food of humans.
I want robots to take these kinds of jobs. The struggle then is creating programs to help those who are or would be drivers and get them jobs that pay well and aren’t soul sucking.
