Tom, you have become an excellent public speaker; it's always a pleasure tuning in. Here is something I believe will happen about AI! What we cannot foresee is that the human mind has a lot more elasticity than we give it credit for. What I predict is that AI will revolutionize the workspace and end up transforming our world spectacularly, but what will happen is that a new and yet unknown chapter in human history will unravel, and jobs we cannot even conceive of today will present themselves and have everyone working in a way no one will be able to predict until the AI revolution is in full swing. We in the human community are going on to a new phase in our evolution that will not only be thrilling, but for the first time in history, the entire human race will be on the same page i.e., financial security, healthcare, accommodation, travel, leisure activities and advanced-learning will be ours for the asking. This is my pessimistic forecast, wait until you see what I think will happen if it turns out that we have even more freedom than ever before!
