i might be too naive but i think (or hope, at least) that people who value art will never look at ai generated content as ‘art’. i think art by definition is meant to be personal and a product of a human being, conveying human emotions and/or thoughts (not exclusively, but mostly). i could never feel the same about an ai generated image and a painting, it’s like the opposite of what i’m looking for when i want to experience art. i really hope that artists will never be secondary to computers, that seems like the end of humanity to me (i know that sounds really dramatic but i stand by that lol)
