I'm sorry Bernie, but you're living in La La land. AI is coming, like the railroad did to the native Americans. Both brilliant and terrible at the same time, as is a rapid change from something new. No way are companies going to build state of the art factories, and not weigh in heavy on the automation side. Perhaps, instead of trying to send things backwards? you should organize future legislation for an automation allowance system. That way, I guess socialism will win in the end.
