This AI problem is immense human rights problem. People want robots, they want them for everything from sex to labor. But what people don’t want is a robot police force. The only way to have such a thing from a legal stand point, is to give a robot natural rights of which is Acknowledged and protected by the Constitution. That would make it a living, conscious sentient being, of which can then be employed as a police officer. The officer has to be human for it to be able to enforce the law and arrest people. It then becomes a human rights law. Can a robot kick in your door, search the house and arrest you it there is a warrant. Well it all depends on if we consider it a citizen. Does it have the same rights. Therefore, can it also be arrested and held accountable for its actions, and does that word the same way as with regular people.
