Anyone can make art. It may not be as good as most artists at first, but everyone starts out bad. I was young kid when I started drawing and it looks like what you'd think a kids drawing would look like. Practice makes perfect. You'll get there someday just practice until you see the improvements. It'll be worth it. AI artworks don't feel like your own work it is a short cut sure, but you'll never feel accomplished in it if you don't do it for yourself.
