You're using information that was made by someone else as a baseplate for you to steal it. I dont see how this is different than writing an essay while providing sources.
Where did you find this information, who originally provided it, and why do you need it?
If the tool wasn't pulling data already provided by another person as more than just a reference source, that would be different. But you may as well be pulling a chosen work, erasing it, and changing the contrast a bit while calling it your own. You're using the same piece of paper to start your own idea.
You can take a quote the size of a paragraph, feed it to an A.I., have it change the wording around to sound different but the same, and attempt to play it off as your own information. But it's still copying and stealing.
I don't see how A.I. generated art is any different. Especially with wanting to use the likeness of human beings rather than the human themselves.
