What about the question of whether if it is 'art'
or who actually owns the credit for creation after the AI generates the content?
Since it is taught by feeding the AI content, would it be the original artist's work which gave the AI the necessary information to make the content? Or would it be the person who wrote the text prompter? Or would it be the person who made the AI? Or all of the above?
Crediting the correct people involved in generating the content is necessary, but isn't ever done properly outside of journalism. Just take a look at social media and all the reposting of content.
But when money is involved by selling the content, everyone rightfully so wants a piece of the pie for the work they've put in.
