Assuming you're a lawyer, you should know better than to conflate two very different things. Autopilot and FSD (supervised) are not the same thing - AT ALL. You lost all credibility a minute and a half in. Autopilot is an Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) that has been included with nearly every Tesla sold. It has NEVER been represented as "self driving" and isn't even close. Most newer cars have something similar, and none of them absolve the driver from the responsibility of paying attention and disengaging and taking over in the event of something going wrong - just like cruise control. FSD (supervised), formerly sold as just FSD for "full self driving", is either purchased for the life of the vehicle or purchased monthly with a subscription. Even with this much more capable system, the driver is still required to be ready to take over if anything goes wrong. You cannot initially activate it without acknowledging this fact. This will eventually be fully autonomous, but it is not there just yet. You show an article with "Autopilot" in the title, and then talk about "self driving" as if you know what you're talking about. I understand all the Tesla hate due to Elon Musk jumping into the political arena by backing an authoritarian regime based on division and mass ignorance, but there are a lot of Tesla investors who are sick of this lazy-ass conflation in hit piece after hit piece depressing their investment in the stock.
