This is a lot of stuff I wouldn't know how to respond to, so it's very nice to hear someone put words to it! I'm too non-confrontational to be able to say anything back to people that think "is not theft the algorithm is just inspired" and such. Like... how could someone explain that just doesn't make sense?? An algorithm won't change any of the pieces it's given, it just combines enough pieces that the result is a compiled blob of untracable credit. You figured out great ways to respond to all of these! And I was loosing hope in being able to stop the theft. People are so insistent on working hard to be lazy for less of a result that I thought the "inevitable" and "doesn't work" comments had weight. Also, it's so sweet that you were subconsciously drawing from where you lived. In this sea of having to explain theft is wrong, it was so heartwarming to hear, and I forgot for a moment how sad the entire subject of this video is. Keep making your wonderful art!
