I watched about 15 minutes of this interview, and while I'm not an expert, the interviewwee doesn't sound convincing. He spoke in generalizations. Plus, in order for AI to take over millions jobs in this country, there would need to be huge infrastructure and development shift to support the change. Plus, 20, 40, or 50% unemployment would cause widespread and rampent social problems and huge spikes in crime because people would go into survival mode.
