AI job replacements are not fully implemented yet to reflect such layoffs, especially in the management section (white collar), but the layoffs right now is a reflection of US economy collapse, as the first people to be laid-offs during economy collapse is the supporting staff people, such as management, IT, HR, etc. AI is currently replacing blue collar, which is another economic disaster.
