This idea that jobs go away but new jobs are added is a half truth, yes new jobs are created but not at the same rate that the old jobs were removed. The true unemployment rate is already arpund 20-24%. If AI gets rid of all of these jobs a small percentage of jobs gone will become new ones increasing unemployment further
