Those using AI must be registered and obtain a licence failure to do so should be punishable.
Plus people putting up content using AI must be forced to display a watermark on their videos telling viewers it is fiction or else be penalized.
There has to be clear laws on ai usage and distribution. No one should be allowed to use ai without obtaining a license just like a licence to drive or practice.
It's just common sense.
