It's not fair. But it's not the A.I. that is unfair. It's the *crimes* committed by the black people. Those aren't fair. That's why they're *crimes.* They're especially unfair to the other black people, who need disproportionate police protection because of the criminality.
Also, *nobody* ever needed A.I. to tell them that if you want to patrol where criminality is highest, you go to the black neighborhoods.
There's *no new information* there. A.I. is not contributing anything.
