It doesn't take a rocket surgeon to realize detailed or smaller unique features on the faces people with darker skin are not going to be as prominent. It's a simple matter of contrast. It's not "marginalized people" or "minorities." It's not a conspiracy or systemic anything. It's mediocre technology and programming doing what is told. Stop inferring racism or bigotry where there is none. Facial recognition shouldn't be used at all until it's exceptionally accurate in all circumstances and only in complete compliance with the constitution.
