I've read a few comments of people saying that If he created the AI from scratch then it's fair game but to counter that I don't think people understand how AI works. It's a very large database of images that have been labeled. Images are images so even if he created his own AI it wouldn't make much sense.
This is coming from someone who is super pro-AI, I'm the most pro-AI person since the perceptron
