a few kids get injured by Ikea desk, and a recall is sent out. However, it's ok to continue to let this software be a driver...time and time again it has shown to be a failure. Time to recall driverless tech, cause if a Tesla on autopilot kills my family, I'm coming after Musk and any engineer who worked on the program.
