AI is still binging in all the accumulated human knowledge created by all experts in all the fields. If you start firing people (and not hiring the novices that will later become experts and generate new knowledge), and that production of knowledge stops coming from humans, will AI become stuck and stale? I know humans are creative. I am not sure tokenization and statistical prediction in LLMs generate creative work and progress.
