While neural network technology has good use cases and is a pretty neat piece of technology, stuff like computer vision being one of the most obvious cases, and Generative "AI" being helpful in stuff like "formatting text", when it comes to art the only use case I see being pushed is to make things cheaper, not "accessible". If tools that can recreate artwork with consistency and no visual hallucinations with decent quality it will be locked behind the paywall for a select list of companies that can afford it to save the cost on their existing art crew, so people who think that they'll be able to create movies by the click of a button for free are simply delusional. It's not "early adoption" it's alpha testing that these people are doing for free.
Also, Luddite is colloquially a term for a person who's against technological progress. Which is just as funny when AI bros call DIGITAL Artists Luddites. It's also quite naive to compare industrialization of necessary common goods like food and clothing with Art. Really shows how these people only sees art as some kind of product that is made to be consumed, not admired/studied.
